Canyon View Estates

Canyon View Estates was officially established on December 3, 2006. It is located on the hill in Rexburg off of Mill Hollow Rd. The subdivision features 3rd acre lots, larger homes, and borders the established neighborhood of Rolling Hills, Harvest Heights, and Indian Hills. It is a great location for anybody looking for a home on the hill in a nicer neighborhood. Many of the homes were custom-built, with others built by Copper Creek Homes. Much like many subdivisions in this area, prior to being developed, this area was used primarily as farm ground.
