Ricks Wade Subdivision

Not to be confused with the Ricks Palmer subdivision, the Ricks Wade subdivision was originally recorded on October 18, 1973. However, if you look at the dates of the majority of the homes, you will notice that they were built after the flood. Many of the homes in this subdivision were produced by Boise Cascade. As many areas of Rexburg were wiped out by the Teton dam flood. There was a need for affordable housing at the time. They brought in many Boise Cascade homes neighborhood. This neighborhood consists of Chad Drive, Marianne Drive the Rexburg municipal golf course, and the Rexburg Madison County municipal airport.
