Riverwoods Townhomes

Riverwood Townhomes were developed in three separate phases. The first phase was recorded on January 26, 2005, the second phase, which sits on the north side of Trejo Street, was developed in 2007, with the final phase being developed in 2008. These have been extremely popular Townhomes, with a handful of them having full basements. The townhomes on the south side of Trejo street have carports, while the townhomes on the north side of Trejo Street feature two-car garages. The final phase developed in 2008 was done so by Kartchner Homes. They took an already popular design of the previous townhomes and improved upon them.

These townhomes are located in an area of future development, back up to the Trejo professional business park, and are near many other townhomes and Apartments. These townhomes are a wonderful option for first-time buyers and investors.
