Rolling Hills Subdivision

The Rolling Hills Subdivision is located in the heart of Rexburg on the hill. It sits at about 5050 feet in elevation and was originally recorded on September 19, 1976. Streets included in the subdivision are Rolling Hills Drive, E 4th South, Terra Vista Drive, S 5th East, and S 4th East. There was only one phase of this subdivision developed, however, there were plans for a second phase. We do not know the situation with phase 2 of Rolling Hills, however, we have heard rumors that there were disagreements between the developer and the city which caused phase 2 to never be developed. It has been sitting vacant since the original recording in 1980. There are currently 29 homes built in this subdivision. 

Most of the homes in the Rolling Hills subdivision were built in the 70s and 80s and are on 3rd acre lots. Rolling Hills borders Canyon View Estates and Randall Indian Hills subdivisions.
