Sage Hill Subdivision

Recorded on July 16, 2003. It is located off of West 1000 N. in Rexburg. The subdivision features a beautiful entrance with lots of green space and the homes in the subdivision sit on 1-acre lots. There is one large lot in the center island of the subdivision which was originally set aside for a church building to be built. However, the need for a church building never came to fruition. Unfortunately, that lot is not able to be subdivided due to the current restrictions in place for that area.

Streets in the subdivision include red cedar Road, White Pine Street, Lombardy St, Wisteria St, and Crescent Drive.
